the duo of experts, dwayne and james, who were sent from weber brothers carpet care to clean our carpets, were truly professional. although there was room for enhancement in their post-service cleanliness, they made a notable effort. looking back, i’m glad i left a tip, especially after seeing the incredible transformation of my carpets upstairs. all things considered, i’m certain that my carpets are noticeably cleaner after their visit in poway.
