I spoke with Angel and verified the quote twice and the conversation may be recorded on their line accdg to their machine; I was quoted $89 for 2 rooms to shampoo; then it was changed to 2 weeks after coz they don’t work on Holy week. Then I found out the day of that it is outsourced to Eco Carpet Cleaning who was the worst shampoo cleaner I have had- from being very late after I called the office and technician to not being able to remove the foot traffic dirt in the office after a deep clean shampoo ; other room has only about 1 x 1 foot dirty area from an old water spill. I was also quoted $300 plus $30 service fee. The rooms looks the same except the carpet is wet. I drove 55 miles and waited and was so disappointed with their service. I ended up shampooing the carpet myself using the same professional shampoo and stain removal that I use for my house. I was trying not to do the work myself coz I am going to lunch with a friend but ended doing it anyways. Eco carpet owner called me to redo it again but I don’t want to take the risk of driving that far again with the same outcome- just a waste of my day and gas.

The best company to call if you need anything done that has to do with carpets and rugs. I had them come over a few times to help me clean my area rugs and they did such an incredible job. I have also used their services to have them clean upholstery in my home; they are so thorough, even while being mindful of the budget I wanted to stay within.
