I tried to *self* shampoo a used couch I bought for my son, and didn’t realize that cream linen doesn’t lend itself well to regular shampooing…. It ended up with yellow-brown water stains all over when it dried, my own fault. I wanted to cry, thinking I’d ruined my son’s first couch. I called Jill at Enviro Clean, who consoled me that dry cleaning usually can remove most water stains. Scheduling was easy, and subsequent communication was great. Greg arrived, and clearly is VERY knowledgeable, with deep experience in the business. He re-cleaned the couch, and it was clear even when still wet, that he’d gotten at least the majority of the stains out — 4 hours later, when my son got home, he arrived to find a beautiful, spotless cream linen couch, that showed zero signs of water stains! 🥳 To take it a step further, Greg provided tips and instructions on how to prevent &/or treat usage stains that can happen over time, which in my mind is going above and beyond. I’m extremely grateful, thank you both.

I called and they responded right away. The carpet has never been this clean. We have had it clean before but this was fantastic and environmentally friendly too. Great place!
