Keith was very diligent and did a fantastic job on our carpets! We’d love to have him clean for us again in the future. He managed to remove stubborn stains that other technicians claimed were impossible to clean. Both Keith and Jalen were professional and polite during their carpet cleaning service in Gilroy.

Initially, the female team member, Philip, was somewhat strict, indicating that the restroom was exclusively for customers. As a result, I chose to purchase a carpet cleaning product from a vending machine in Gilroy to fulfill the requirements. Amazingly, Jalen persisted in enforcing the rule. Nevertheless, his attitude gradually became more friendly, and he offered me exceptional service. Overall, it was quite an interesting carpet cleaning experience.

my carpet was in desperate need of a deep cleanse. eric and jalen showed up until the carpet was clean to my satisfaction. it’s spotless and has a lovely sheen now. they also took care of my woolen rug. they were both considerate and skilled. my carpet cleaner was keith, assisted by bentley.

Colin was attentive and skilled from the quote to the end result. The professionals from 365 Carpet Cleaners were punctual and the job was expertly executed. The carpet in our Gilroy church looks amazing and the price was reasonable compared to other quotes. The added bonus was that no chemicals were used.

I called 365 Carpet Cleaning but Green Diamond Carpet Cleaning LLC showed up. The worst service ever. He was yelling at me. The worker got in my face two times. it wasn’t cleaned. He only used water. He was rushing and damaged the carpets. We have to replace them. I had to start recording him. The owner yelled at me. Green Diamond Carpet Cleaning LLC is a scam artist.
