The specialists, Wyatt and Robert, arrived on time and performed an exceptional job. Even after 24 hours, our carpet remained slightly damp which is in line with the 3-5 hour estimate provided by Calvin from the carpet cleaning company. It was a pleasant surprise to learn that they also provide a deep shampoo service at a different price range compared to the standard cleaning service I was initially quoted via call. All of this was carried out in Gardena.

In fact, Robert took care of all the carpet cleaning in our stairwell, four rooms, and hallway. I must say, I was quite impressed! The carpets are now spotless and they didn’t take long to dry at all. Setting up the appointment with Shane & Sons Carpet Cleaning was a breeze. Their customer service is simply outstanding!
