Michael did a great job on my carpets. I have a Pit-bull that regularly goes in and out of the house. My carpets were in extreme need of cleaning. Michael was easy to contact, made arrangements for the following morning. He called an hour prior to our appointment to confirm and arrived on time. He put down a service mat to hold all his cleaning equipment. He proceeded to vacuum all the areas and then clean the carpets. I am extremely happy with his service and would highly recommended him.

Its tough living with fur babies but Michael of Michael’s carpet cleaning was on point from the moment I called him late yesterday evening to when he arrived exactly at 3pm the next day. Even after we had requested a later time the day of he was able to accommodate. Fair pricing and even greater quality for what you pay. We were in a tight spot with family coming over for the holiday. Now all those embarrassing hard to remove stains are as if they were never there. Would not hesitate to call them out again.
