Douglas and his partner performed a thorough carpet cleaning service in my Folsom home. They were considerate and respectful, leaving the space clean. They could have easily left a mess while cleaning the carpet and vents, but they didn’t. Both were courteous and demonstrated a high level of professionalism.

I’ve previously utilized the services of Dakota & Sons Carpet Cleaners for regular upkeep, as well as for a thorough carpet cleaning of an entire building during a move-out inspection. On both occasions, Douglas did an outstanding job. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending them to anyone. He even succeeded in removing tough stains left by the previous management when I first moved into Folsom. My satisfaction rating would be a remarkable 11/10.

Wow, I’m blown away by the exceptional work done by Douglas! His skill level, patience, and politeness truly impressed me.
