Nikko picked up my rug over 2 months ago for cleaning and promised 7-10 days. He won’t return phone calls, is never at his shop and the landlord says he’s late on rent and very unreliable. Several others have asked them about their missing rugs. At this point, I just want my rug back, clean or dirty. Don’t let this guy steal your rugs.

I have used Lincoln Cleaning & Restoration for 10+years. Nikko is wonderful to work with. He is prompt, polite and professional. The services are very reasonably priced and my carpets always look amazing when he’s done!! I would 100% recommend you give them a try!

So I had an accident — flooded our 1st floor washroom 🙁 My regular carpet cleaner went out of business 🙁 I found Nikko by sheer luck!! AND HE IS GREAT! Came within the hour — professional through and through! He helped remove all the water and helped prevent any damage to the baseboards. DID an amazing job with the cleanup, and even did all my problem areas in the rest of the living room, dining room, and hallway for a very reasonable price! CALL HIM if you need any sort of restoration or remediation for your carpet! I will be using him from this day forward! Thank you Nikko!

I had excessive urin in an area, he came out and cleaned it by different methods. My carpet looks great. I will be using Lincoln from now on. Best carpet cleaner out there. If you want it done right, look no farther.

Unfortunately our rug was returned with faded color on half of the rug. Dan assured me there was no bleach used but half of the rug definitely looks different. He rewashed the carpet but that still did not remedy the concern. Dan now insists it is the pile. Okay, but the rug has been washed multiple times by another company without these results. I learned my lesson.

I used other cheap carpet cleaners in the past and they never did a superb job. It ended up ruining my carpet and rugs. I kept having to get things cleaned all the time . I then called Dan and just got it done the correct way. He did an incredible job. I highly recommend this business.

Dan Lincoln works extremely hard to ensure all of his costumers are satisfied . Superior cleaning not only for carpet , but tile, and upholstery for both residential and commercial clients .
