Watch out for this vendor: rude, unprofessional, double schedules, sub-standard quality of work, over charging and adding undisclosed fees (CC fees). I cannot recommend this vendor due to shady business practices.

Robert cleaned our dirty, 12-year-old carpet, and did an outstanding job. He was even able to remove old pet urine stains we didn’t expect to come out. He was polite and friendly, which we appreciated. We hope to have him return soon to clean our tile. Highly recommend!!! ****We had Pristine Carpet Cleaning out a second time to clean our old carpets. Again, they did an outstanding job. Highly recommend!

My wife was recently admitted to the hospital for pneumonia and a lung infection so to be proactive I hired pristine to clean and sanitize my air duct vents. What an amazing job they did. They listened to my concerns and did everything they could to help. Thank you. Sincerely. John

Make an appointment with them for 7 AM which is extremely early but was up ready on a Saturday called nobody was here at 7 AM they were gonna be here at 8 then they were going to be here at 11 then 12 o’clock I made several texts and you can see that the text thread because I have an iPhone and phone calls finally a answer got a attitude and I made the decision to not use them they were gonna be here at 2 o’clock terrible service. Then the owner or whoever offered me 10% off for my inconvenience. I also check the pricing very very high prices I was quoted over a text I was willing to pay it because it’s the holidays and I understand that there has been an increase in prices due to labor and product. I am a business owner here in the community and I am also am very active with the business in this valley.

Made appt with Ames a week before appointment date. Called early morning on date (12-1-21) of service as a reminder. Spoke with a different guy. Explained everything. He was going to contact Ames to verify and then call me back. No call back received and a total NO SHOW. They called me 2 days later to advise they had a cancellation and could fit me in this morning (12-3-21). I was informed that Ames was in Hawaii. I responded I DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A VENDOR WHO DOES NOT RETURN CALLS AND IS A NO SHOW ON APPOIMENT DATE.

Excellent service! Robert did a FANTASTIC job cleaning. I wasn’t expecting the carpet to look as good as it did when finished but it looks super! Ames the owner was very nice and helpful. It’s nice to support a local business. Highly recommend!
