This was my first time to use Har-Ber Carpet Cleaning. Mike took his time to do a great, thorough job and my carpets are now a shade lighter. I had some stubborn pet stains that came up and kindly returned to get them up. Service is reasonable priced, professional, and dedicated to a job well done. I’ll be a returning customer.

I cannot recommend Har-Ber Carpet Cleaning high enough! Mike came in after my move-out and did an exceptional job on my carpets. The property management company that rented me the four-bedroom house had painfully strict cleaning requirements, but Mike and his crew exceeded them all with patience and grace. Even when I accidentally left my dining room table screws behind, Mike located them and was willing to mail them to me out-of-state. (Fortunately, the table manufacturer sent me another set.) Moving out is HARD, but Har-Ber Carpet Cleaning took a lot of stress off me because of how pleasant and kind Mike and his team is. It was not a transactional experience, but one that felt like I had hired a trusted family friend.

Wonderful to work with. I was able to get a hold of Mike right away and he was very accommodating. He got us scheduled quickly so we could get our carpets cleaned before we moved in. He communicated well, was punctual and the carpets look great!

We had really deep stains I did not think they would be able to remove. They did a fantastic job. We were so impressed with their work and professionalism. I would definitely use them again.
