These guys have always…for well over 10 years, serviced my rental units. I had a guest spill pancake syrup on the carpet. The guest texted me a few hours before the next guest was showing up. Xtreme Clean was there in record time. They saved the day.

Xtreme Carpet and Fire Restoration, even though I was in California, I had a flood in my condo and they came to the rescue. The condo above us water heater burst and water ran for a week to 10 days. They dried our the condo, took the drywall off where it was wet, the ceiling had two plys of 5/8 inch drywall on it and came cashing down with the weight of the water built up. Thank you for coming to our rescue, I will keep you updated on the restoration project, Xtreme is taking care of that also.

I live in California, but have a condo in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Just last August 7th I received a call from the owner of the condo above our condo reported a Water Heater bursting and consequently the water had run for over a week to 10 days (they were on vacation). The damage was horrendous, I had no choice but to call a company to restore it. Xtreme Carpet & Fire Restoration was recommended and they not only rescued the condo, which entailed taking out drywall & cabinets, both bathrooms Vanities and flooring in the master bedroom among other things. They did this with a call from me, halleluiah! I sent checks to them while the work was going on, but they dried everything out and I don’t know what I would have done if it weren’t for Xtreme… They even propose a plan to restore the unit to what it was and gave me the information I needed to do what was needed to restore it. It hasn’t been done yet, but I met with the owner of Xtreme to iron out what has to be done and made all the arrangements to restore the condo. He did an excellent job restoring the condo above us and expect that he will do equally excellent job on our condo. I will follow up with how the job went with details on the project, hopefully soon!
