We are so pleased and would like to give 10 stars! Justin did an absolutely outstanding job. We had 30 year old vinyl floors in a business we recently purchased…he made them look brand new!! He is so professional, personable, and does excellent work. His prices are very reasonable. He is certainly the best in the business. We will always use Elite for our business, rental and home. We highly recommend Justin and his company!

Can I give 6 stars here? Justin and his team are incredible and so reliable. Very hard to find. We own a 11 furnished luxury townhomes catering to high-end tenant profile. Justin is the only vendor we call for floor detailing and furniture care. Such a friendly person and always offers that extra layer of care if he sees anything else needing attention.

Asked for a quote for our rental house…it wasn’t exactly what we were looking for but they had the professionalism to give a recommendation and wished us well. Very professional and friendly over the phone, almost nobody gives out personal recommendations anymore. Thanks!

Had a couch that should have been thrown away but these guys came and rescued it, now it’s almost like new! This business is the real deal. They might charge a little more than the other guys out there but you get what you pay for and there’s a reason they have such high ratings on Google. If you want it done right, don’t look anywhere else.

I had a renter leave a terrible stench behind and Elite Floor & Furniture Cleaning came to my rescue. Justin was extremely responsive and kept me informed of everything that was done, as well as other options. The stench did take a couple of cleanings to resolve but the carpeting was saved! Elite is the only business I’ll use for deep carpet cleaning.

The company I work for left a water pump on and our office flooded. It was a lot of water and of course it started to smell. Justin came out promptly! He was very professional and he did an amazing job on the carpet. It looks brand new. If you are looking to get your carpets done he is your guy! Thank you so much for taking care of us! Will use you anytime we need our carpets done ✅

Two new dogs and a new urine problem to go with it. I called Justin at Elite Floor and he came over yesterday and worked so hard and got our carpet and a chair all fixed up again. Thank you justin. You do great work! Pfew.

Justin, owner of Elite Floor & Furniture Cleaning, was recommended to me by a reputable local industry and public janitorial supply company. I just had new floors put in throughout my home. A custom marble floor was installed in my master bath and was of inferior finishing quality. Justin came and looked at my needs and here is what happened; -While wearing protective booties and putting rugs down to protect my carpet and home. I had shared the my jetted tub had a slight ding and the marble surround cracked. He immediately stated he could make these better. He then added that he could also restore my marble floor in my shower and seal it. And, he indeed did all of this and much more and it looks spectacular! -Justin completely rolled up his sleeves and worked tirelessly to perfect my botched marble floor Install! He had Tyler join him for a full day as well, and Tyler was just as committed and delivered outstanding results. -I then included having him revive my kitchen countertops as an add/on to my project. Lovely! -As his flooring expertise shined like none other, he also recommended proper care and cleaning of all of my other new flooring. This included new penny tile, a wool area rug, high-end plush carpet AND my granite countertops. Justin said once a year for carpet and every 2-3 years for marble and tile. Not any gouging of any kind. -I would trust Justin with anything he said he could do. He is knowledgeable, hard-working, honest and kind! Our floors at the intake room at our Thrift Shop hadn’t been touched in 3 years! I was pretty sure the dark streaks wouldn’t come out. They worked nonstop and when they finished, the floor looked brand new, I was so impressed and excited about the results, I couldn’t believe it!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ELITE FLOOR & FURNITURE CLEANING!!
