Left many dirt spots & ruined my carpet with a chemical spill of some kind. Told me it was already there. All Pro’s know to take before pictures when this is relevant to their claims. Him & his young employee ( blind in one eye, but super sweet) completed the job, but the owner never approached me with results himself or my satisfaction. Have reported him, since he refuses to take responsibility.

Just used these guys to clean the carpet in three bedrooms, a hallway, the stairs, and an area rug. My experience from start to finish was great. The woman who scheduled our cleaning was friendly and informative, and got me on the schedule less than a week out. The two young men who cleaned our carpet were friendly, professional, and upbeat. They were also on time, and completed the whole service in about an hour and a half. The carpets look great and feel fresh. Highly recommend!

I’ve never seen my floors this clean. It only took one and a quarter hours to do the job. The young men were polite and efficient. I recommend Advanced floor and Upholstery Cleaning.

Just had Jason and RJ come out to clean my floors. They were on time, professional, and amazing to deal with. Jason was concerned for me about the traffic patterns, but i told him how old the carpets are and how neglected they were. The carpet is cleaner now than with other companies. With my wife and i working full time and in school full time, we cant use our Bissell like we want to. They both talked about a contract like service to help us out with our time constraints. 3 cleanings for X so i dont have to worry about it later? Yes please! Highly recommend

Great company! They were able to come out same day, gave very pricing for the area cleaned and did an AMAZING job! Our travertine looks better than I’ve seen it. We will be hiring them to come out every few months! Thanks Jason and company!

They came in and did our business, we are a veterinary hospital with heavy traffic! Our floors looked brand new! Highly recommend them!
