Great small business with folks who take pride in what they do. They are very good at communication and their quotes/prices are reasonable. And my old rugs look brand new. They’re synthetic, and I just couldn’t get them looking bright when I cleaned them myself (probably because of the dense weave). If I could, I’d also give Rug Worx extra stars for putting a rush on my order. (We’re moving out of town and needed the rugs within the week, and they finished everything in two days!)

I had as good an experience as getting a rug cleaned affords. Pick up and drop off went very smoothly and I was lucky enough to see my rug being cleaned on TikTok! Would recommend.

Very professional business and everyone we spoke with was so nice! Great folks who really know what they’re doing.
