I would definitely recommend Steam pro to anyone looking for a great carpet cleaning. They got here around the time they said the would be here only took them about an hr we r just amazed how clean they got our white carpet wished I would have taken a before picture but I did get a after these steps haven been cleaned in over 20 pls yrs so I know they done the impossible for us.

I was researching the different ways to get our carpets cleaned when I came across Steam Pro. I wanted to have the carpet steamed clean instead of shampooing it because steaming gets the lint and other things trapped in the carpet fiber. Today Terry and Edward from Steam Pro came over and steam cleaned the carpet in our home. They were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the kind of carpet in our house. It’s amazing to see the difference in the carpet. Especially since it’s over 10 years old. We had stains that they treated then cleaned up. At the end they recommended stain guard that I said yes to. I will definitely call them again and recommend them to everyone. The carpet is even softer to walk on. Thank you so much Steam Pro. Especially Edward and Terry. Steam Pro was also a great deal less the the last time we had our carpets cleaned by a well known carpet cleaning company.

Edward was very knowledgeable about carpet. My children have very bad allergies. Before he started working, he looked around and made recommendations that were suitable to me and my family’s needs. Afterwards, my carpet looked brand new. It looks better than it did when I bought my house and my whole house smells great. They drove from Birmingham to Tuscaloosa for a very small service fee. The quality of their work supersedes the fees that they charge. I am highly satisfied. They exceeded my expectations. Whatever your steam cleaning needs are (carpet, upholstery, flooring) I highly recommend this company

I used this service 2 days ago and had the pleasure of meeting a tech named Terri. He was great. Upholstery cleaning can be expensive, at least for me, and Terri made me feel like I got my moneys worth! It was a big sofa, but he spent at least 2.5 hours working on it. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER. Trey
