our specialist, jamie, was incredibly courteous and executed an outstanding job, leaving our carpets looking fantastic. i just wish mathew & sons carpet cleaning service was a bit more transparent with their pricing. if a carpet has a pet stain, they charge an additional $75 per room for pre-treatment in birmingham. regardless, jamie was exceptional and the carpets look remarkable, it was just a tad pricier than i had anticipated. this was my experience with mathew & sons carpet cleaning service in birmingham.
