I contracted with the owner Virgil at All Renovations and Construction to remodel my main bathroom in 2020. While doing the work, he along with his teen son handled the construction and plumbing. Per Virgil’s direction, I bought all of the fixtures and hardware with the guidance of Virgil. He told me for my sink faucet that since I had 2 knobs (hot and cold water knobs) already, I had to buy the same. His son did the sink faucet work and upon completing the job, the bathroom sink faucet was installed poorly: The faucet was crooked on the counter, the water flow was poor and the stopper did the sink no justice in looks for a remodeled and upgraded bathroom. I called Virgil and he came out and the only comment he agreed was that the faucet was crooked on the counter, so he fixed that. I mentioned the water flow and he explained it’s a new faucet. Fast forward to Feb 2022 (2 years later), I finally had some time to have a different plumber come in to check the faucet/flow. There was no change to the water flow from when installed by Virgil / son to date. The plumber said the water pressure WAS poor, and it was NOT a low pressure faucet installed. It was now that I realized the faucet filter tool WAS NOT left for me by Virgil / son and they completely skipped the step of replacing the stopper. I had to purchase a new faucet to get what I wanted: one handle for hot and cold water which apparently is allowable. Virgil’s bathroom faucet work cheapened my bathroom. The plumber that fixed Virgil and his son’s work did an amazing job and the faucet and the stopper make a tremendous difference in the overall look / feel / function of the bathroom. It is NOW fully functional. I will say the tile work was done well for my bathtub and walls and floors, however Virgil contracted that out. Virgil prepped for the bathtub tile and that appeared to be done well. He also installed the toilet well. But the faucet work was highly unacceptable and buried by Virgil.

Two years ago,after interviewing three roofers, I chose Anytime Roofing because: 1) the person who came to talk to me is the original owner himself, 2) he has been in business for 24 years and he loves his job, 3) they are a family business, proud of their service and end product, 4) half of the work crew has been with this company since the beginning, and the others have been with them for years, 5) I looked at a cul-de-sac of roofs Anytime had installed years before in Lakeland Hills. They looked great. My friend said the crew had been efficient and easy to work with, and no one ever had problems with their roof… … A few weeks later, Anytime put a new roof on my home for a very reasonable price. The owner Salvador Santos was cheerful and very patient in helping me choose materials. Throughout the installation he explained the process and made sure that I was pleased! He even had his crew fix a kitchen vent. The crew was on time to start each day, extremely hard-working, and courteous. And they did a fantastic job of clean up each day! The business manager Taylor was friendly, informative, and quick to return my calls… … Fast forward. A couple weeks ago, they came back to clean my roof. Again, job well done by Leo. And great clean up…my yard looked better than before his visit! My roof still looks new. And no problems!

Skyler came in and fixed a motion activated light in my pantry. Had to rewire the whole thing and he did an awesome job. Gave me a fair quote and got it done super quickly. Would absolutely have Skyler back out to do more work!
