Petr and Mike exceeded my expectations with their quality work, replacing all of my doors and storm doors. They offered me a range of options, from basic to high-end custom designs. Together, we selected materials and settled on a fair price that fit within my budget. During the project, unforeseen challenges arose when we discovered that the rough door openings from the 1950s were REALLY uneven brick. Without hesitation, Petr and Mike fixed it with no complaints. While other contractors might have hesitated to do extra work or attempted to increase the cost, Petr and Mike remained steadfast and took care of me at no extra charge. West-facing front doors take a beating in Park City’s mountains. Our large custom door was cracking and leaking cold air, so we began to get quotes from a variety of companies in the area. Many didn’t even bother to show up for the initial visit (or never provided an estimate). But Natalie at Lake was prompt, reliable, communicative, consultative, and provided incredible quality. She and her husband Tino are consummate professionals, and their work is A+. Furthermore, she referred us to Alex to stain the doors, and he also is OUTSTANDING.
