Unique Renovations – Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling a month agoThey never finished the cement job on my driveway! The big troughs are still there and make driving precarious. They have never responded to my several requests to finish it up. I should never have paid the complete bill.

TSG Renovations 5 months agoI had a water leak happen in my ceiling over a deep freeze this January. TSG Restorations came and got the colsotation done immediately once my insurance company reached out to them. They got my ceiling, two walls, and carpet all cleaned out and replaced within a week! They were quick and courteous as well. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family!

The Buckingham Group Inc 2 months agoEd is not on the same page as his team, and it had disastrous results for my project. I initially discussed my project (living room addition with powder bath) and budget with both Kelly (over the phone) and Josh (visit to our house) in October, and both said I should have no problem making it happen. Josh said it was a simple project, to expect $150-200 per square foot before adding the bathroom, and that they could get it done before our baby was due in March. We signed a design contract shortly thereafter. Things moved quickly at first, then abruptly stopped in January after subs visited our house. In March, Ed said we were 50% over budget. I asked why, he gave me a laundry list of things we had requested but no specific numbers on anything. I asked to see the bids he had collected, and after several times of asking he gave them to me (making sure to tell me no one had asked for that before in 40 years). He offered to scale the proposal back to fit in our budget, then gave us a proposal that was 35% higher than our budget and did not include a bathroom. The last ditch proposal came out to over $330 per square foot, some of that from “unexpected” expenses to remove a patio (which Josh saw on his initial visit and Ed certainly saw on his several visits). Ed then claimed he had estimated $200-250 per square foot, then later said he had told Josh $250. He did not apologize at any point for a miscommunication or even acknowledge that I was told $150-200, he just told me I should find another contractor who can do it cheaper. Essentially, I paid $6,600 only to be condescended to and gaslit. Not ideal!
