I had given this company 5 stars in the past, changing it now and here’s why. I’ve been a client for a few years, routine maintenance is essential. I had maintenance performed on my ac units in May, a month later one of my units froze. I contacted them on Friday afternoon before 5p to request a service call since they were just out to perform maintenance. I was told no appointments until Monday, it was one of the hottest weekends and they could not come out and add freon. I found a company, Van Drunen – professional and overall excellent. Strongly recommend. They.came out early the next day. Well, I contacted the manager Jon with Sun Ray on Monday to express my disappointment, requested discounted or free maintenance on next year’s maintenance. He did not respond to consider or give respect to a long time customer. They’ve lost my business. My units will most likely require replacement in the near future and they’ve lost my business!! SO Disappointed.

Kaiser Brothers Electricians a week ago

just had roger and camden, two excellent electricians, come and fix our 12 year old electrical system. They identified the problem and had the required parts in their van. They also conducted a thorough inspection and the pricing was fair, particularly for a same-day service call. Plus, they were very courteous and easy to talk to. Kaiser Brothers Electricians definitely deserves a 5 star review.

Brian painted my bedroom, removed the wallpaper first then painted. All doors and trim were painted in oil satin finish. I am very happy with is work and his price ! I highly recommend him.
