Mike and Lynda Messman were fabulous to work with. I hired them for a remodel of the downstairs of my home including flooring, kitchen cabinets, back splash, lighting, guest bathroom, granite counters, paint, etc. I was very pleased with both Borman and their subcontractors. Mike Messman kept the project moving along and kept me updated during the entire project. Prompt, courteous and professional!

We had a full bathroom remodel. Eddie moved up our date, said it would be a week, pending the other trades, such as a plumber. The entire job was done in 7 days, only because we waited 2 days for plumber. Quality of work is fantastic. Entire crew were professional, on time and communicated well. The price was reasonable for what we got.

Extremely unsatisfying customer service from the person on the phone. The first call and service was dealt with no issues and i was specifically told i would have a 30 day warranty if the problem arrived. The same issue arrived so we gave them a second call. No one came, no one called. The third call, my brother called this time but he mentioned the warranty. He was told no warranty existed for this particular situation. The receptionist then said she would both check the invoice to verify the existence of the warranty and send a plumber to us regardless since we needed the situation handled no matter what…. NO ONE SHOWED OR CALLED. The fourth time and final time i called, i requested a service without mentioning the situation just to get a person here. It worked and when the plumber was set up to begin working on the plumbing, the receptionist requested i call them to discuss the situation with the warranty… rather than WAITING for the discussion to even BEGIN, the receptionist SENT HER PLUMBER HOME. I was extremely astonished by the horrible attitude of this person. I was constantly met with their attempt to end the conversation and business interaction all together. I ended the call with taking the service and now i sit here waiting for the same plumber to drive back and set up everything again, wasting EVERYONE’S time. To send the plumber home because i merely mentioned the warranty and wanting to discuss it is actually unbelievable. I dont even know if the plumber will come back at this point since they have more often failed to come as requested. This is not an issue with the plumbers. The management/receptionist is horrible just like their google rating.

We used John Moore Flooring for (2) floors and have another room coming on August 3rd. Peggy is very accommodating with our schedule being back and forth from Massachusetts and the installation team is pleasant, respectful and the job was done perfect. We’re planning other jobs with John Moore team because of there commitment to detail and on time scheduling !! I Wish we could give 10 stars 🌟
