This place is the best- they absolutely crushed it! They got right back to me with an accurate quote for a thorough cleaning and blocking and even offered me a nice rug pad as an add-on in case I needed one. (I didn’t need one this time, but it was nice to know they offered this service.) Everyone I spoke with at Greenprorug care restoration was professional and easygoing; they picked up the rug at my home and delivered the clean rug–with no need for a reminder– at the exact date and time they promised they would. I’m seriously blown away by their level of customer service, and their expert cleaning ability. They came highly recommended by my friend who used them in the past, I knew our rug was dirty, but I barely recognize it now- in a good way! The colors are so vibrant and brilliant. I seriously do not think it looked this good the day we bought it. Thank you, greenpro rugs. I wish you could be in charge of our healthcare. Let me know if you decide to take that on. You are outstanding from start to finish. A+

Didn’t show up on time, unprofessional, rude, didn’t actually perform their job. All were extremely hungover and tried to kidnap the dog. Had to chase them out with a broomstick

These people came in and did a terrible job. Super unprofessional, I had to ask them to leave half way through the job when one of the guys kicked one my 4 pound chihuahuas

Came to clean my rug but ruined it. Sooo upset now, rug was from the Ukraine.
