Rosalie’s related construction concern Blooming Interiors Inc. is what I call attention to. They owe thousands in deposits for uncompleted work even before considering the damages left behind. Missing; cabinets, sanding/spackle/paint, appliance installation and they threw up cabinets over unfinished walls. Incompetent and a touch of willfulness as if I was hostage to pay for these failures. I received less than 50% contract value. The cabinets reinstalled. They made the choice when they accepted the contract balance to complete the work. It is they who failed the contract and quit. Additionally, I added the photo of work through mid-February 2024 which Blooming Interiors (Rosalie’s grifting contracting concern) failed to complete as they quit in November 2023. Plumbing completed as opposed to the fraud claims of work billed but not performed by Blooming Interiors. Appliances and design, missing cabinets added. Paint, sanding and spackle performed. Aside the over 3k credit balance owed they filed a fraudulent Mechanic Lien grifters that they are. A clear license abuse.

They arrived when they said they would. Very fair prices, Hard working, nice ladies. They cleaned our bedrooms (5), our bathrooms (2), kitchen, sunroom, dining room, living room, and all the windows (29). Amazingly clean and thorough job. Brought their own cleaning products. All in the same day. And I thought it was very nice as well how much Rosie wanted us to be happy with the job they did. They even gave us 24 hours in case we found anything they missed and said they would come back and go over any spot we thought they missed, but even after looking over the house it doesn’t seem like we will find a spot. It was a pretty hard task considering the size of the house. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area!
