I was very impressed with the majority of the reviews for this Company. However, I sent my cousin over to apply for the open custodian commercial cleaning specialist position, and, when he rang the bell at Brophy as wellas knocked, nobody cam to the door or let him in at approximately 12:40pm, thereabouts. He called me and made me aware of the issue. I merely told him to keep looking. With over 30 years of commercial cleaning and sanitizing experience, he is bound to find a position soon. It is too bad that there’s nobody available at there nice facility to have spoken with my cousin. He would be an asset to a cleaning company with a very good reputation.

I just want to rave about this company for a little bit. I spoke with someone last Thursday May 18th. I was having issues with a kitchen project floor I was renovating and I had debris I couldn’t get out of the vinyl floor cracks and grooves in the tile. I tried everything and so did the home owner I even called a bunch of cleaning companies. I spoke with someone from Brophy Services who said he would come take a look today. They sent someone Monday the 22nd and he solved the issue in less than 2 hours, this had been a serious problem for the home owner and myself for 2 months. The expertise and knowledge from this company is superior. I will only use them in the future for any type of cleaning services and I can’t rate them high enough for everything they did for me and my customer. They take pride in what they do. A++ James A.

Although the owner Eileen is wonder, my experience with the company was a great disappointment and waste of time. My supervisor was the root of the problem. With all do respect the man is NOT mentally or emotionally equipped to be in a position of authority. I am a person of integrity and loyalty. I always gave 110%. I came in early and stayed late. I did what was asked of me and much more. But I endured mental and emotional abuse for my supervisor. When I went to hr about it I was told, “when we hired you I told you he was different.” As if that gave him a free ticket to mistreat people. I tried to take the appropriate steps to correct the uncomfortable situation and I was let down. After 3 months of employment I was terminated over hear-say. No proof, no facts. If I was indeed guilty how about a verbal warning or a write up. A conversation was NEVER had. I was disposable to them. Without being spoken to they allowed me to work Friday. I even had lunch with my boss. To my dismay Sunday morning I received a call from hr. I was fired! I tried to resolve the issue, defend myself and clear my name. But no one would listen. It was “out of their hands.” When I tried to contact Eileen, so I could keep my job and feed my 3 children, hr intervened and wouldn’t allow me to. I had high hope but unfortunately my experience with Brophy’s was unpleasant and unprofessional. I do not recommend working for this company until they clean their own house first.

We began working with Brophy for additional disinfecting and rapid response during the COVID-19 outbreak. In addition to regular daily sanitation in our manufacturing space, the have been a tremendous partner for us during this time, and have always come through when needed in crisis response to allow us to reopen with a safe environment for our employees. Eileen Brophy runs an exceptional business with meticulous, high standards and a personal dedication to making sure her clients are more than satisfied.
