This company treats their employees like third world people . They never believe in their employees but rather their clients . I was terminated from a migrant shelter that QFS has a contract with for informing a subcontracted consultant by NYCEM that there was a migrant in need of medical attention. This person the consultant was annoyed that I approached her with this alert of a person having a violent breathing situation and she didn’t want to attend . Once she saw the person was in deed sick replied that the migrant has a severe upper respiratory infection. Once I asked common sense question of this individual has that severe upper respiratory infection shouldn’t he be quarantined or have him be taken to the hospital . She got infuriated and scolded me. Next thing I know she contacts QFS and the maintenance director leiby Burger reprimanded me and had my job terminated . Now this issue is under investigation from the city and a lawsuit is now filed for wrongful termination and retaliation. They protect their interest . But never believe their employees.

Shahida Khan COC I have been working with Healthfirst for the past 21 years and I’ve never had a better experience with a cleaning company than with QFS. I personally work with the Manager Antonio Lasso and he’s always been very responsive anything i need he’s the first i call and is always free for me. Apart from the managers the cleaners are also top notch. Look forward to working together for many more years.

They don’t pay their staff & don’t care about our working conditions. I get harassed by tenants and this company does not care . They pay when they feel like it and I still have yet to get a paystub I’ve been working here for months .
