Brightspace (JHS) is a family-owned local business that is absolutely fantastic and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone! Freddy and his wife are TRUE GEMS and I’m so happy to have found them. They conduct their business in such a FRIENDLY, HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL way and take such PRIDE IN THEIR WORK, I would give 10 stars if they’d let me! Their team is highly trained and I cannot say enough good things about them and their LEVEL OF CARE and EYE FOR DETAIL. Freddy and his wife come to the sites personally to assess, give an estimate and create a customized cleaning plan, the level of INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION TO EACH CLIENT is truly unsurpassed. They did three post-construction cleanings for us. They brought industrial strength air filters and left each site looking spotless – we were blown away how they transformed a dusty mess into a sparkling zen space we didn’t know could ever be achieved. We were so impressed by their services that we hired them to do a monthly Airbnb cleaning and couldn’t be happier that we did! The scope of this type of cleaning is very different and surprisingly complex as we have learned. And they approached this the same way they do all their other jobs, by asking a lot of detailed questions about our preferences and then went ahead and executed the individualized cleaning plan they created for us to PERFECTION. And I’m the type of person that will get on hands and knees and will look under the radiator so trust me when I say they do a PHENOMENAL JOB EACH AND EVERY TIME.

We have been using this cleaning service since 2018 for our offices and home. They are incredible. Our spaces look brand new although they are years old. The staff is thorough and accommodating. They are thoughtful about the products and methods they use are very considerate. Freddy is one of the most trustworthy people I’ve ever met. He is also extremely proactive, letting us know of any suspected pest issues, routine maintenance, etc.

I work as a Project Manager for a General Contractor. We recently had a very tight deadline on an 8,000 sf. Office space. We were referred to Bright Space. They came to the sight same day to view the scope of work and provide a quote. They were able to accommodate our short notice and arrived two days later with 10 cleaners who did an absolutely amazing job. Twhen they arrived, the site was a mess and we still had some trades working and painting. The staff was friendly, professional, and extremely hard working. Every surface was spotless when they left. They brought all their own equipment and supplies. They even had air filters. I am so grateful for all of their help. I am happy to refer them to anyone.

Reliable, thorough and pleasure to work with. We loved working with the Jimenez team. Scheduling and payment was easy. The service itself was terrific. Freddy and his team are trustworthy and hardworking folks that truly care about doing an excellent job. They did a deep cleaning as well as rug and upholstry cleaning in our space. Our furniture and rugs look brand new, and every corner of was left sparkling clean. The deep cleaning included fridge, shower, machine washing of floors, oven, ceilings and everything came out awesome. The team was very sensible, and I felt they were very dedicated to providing a standout level of cleaning services. I also appreciated that the price was quoted ahead of time based on what we needed done and the size of our space, rather than hourly – no cost surprises. Highly professional, family run company.
