Absolutely did not show up after confirming the night before. I called him and there’s no voicemail set up. Seemed sketchy so I started reading his reviews and seems this is common behavior for him. Do not book him!!

I called the day before, and Duane came the next morning and did such a great job on a move-in clean. Super professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to be helpful! I totally recommend this service.

I had made an appointment with Tucker to have my apartment cleaned two weeks ago, but unfortunately, he never showed up. We had agreed upon a time in the afternoon, but I was completely ghosted, and my attempts to contact him went unanswered. This lack of professionalism was highly disappointing, and it left me feeling frustrated and stressed. I understand that scheduling issues can come up, but I expected Tucker to communicate any issues or changes in plans with me in a professional manner.

I had a really bad experience with Duane. Despite scheduling an appointment and receiving confirmation, he never showed up. When I tried calling to find out what happened, he stopped answering my calls and wouldn’t respond to any messages. This kind of unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend Tucker’s to anyone looking for reliable cleaning services.

Duane was very professional, thorough and responsive. He came in for a deep clean of my apartment and went above and beyond in terms of adding extras with furniture in each room. It was absolutely a pleasure to engage with him and I highly recommend his services. I will definitely be asking him back!

I booked him the day before I needed a cleaning done for my business while I was out of town. He is claiming I didn’t confirm his rate. However i gave him the codes to get in my apartment and had sent him pictures of what the made up rooms need to look like and told him to call me upon arrival so I could walk him through where things are. The day of he was a no call no show. Never heard from him again and had a very important time sensitive cleaning that needed to be done.

Tucker did a fantastic job cleaning my apartment. I’ve never seen it this clean before- even when I moved in! He has incredible attention to detail and is quick but thorough. 6/5 stars!
