I hired them twice for my company to do 1 time cleanings and both my clients were happy with the work. Not sure what these other reviews are about, but people tend to complain more than give praise online. Fast response time if you need a cleaning in Manhattan.

This is a terribly unreliable, unprofessional, and irresponsible service. I booked a service for deep-cleaning because my regular cleaning lady is on vacation for a month and I am doing an apartment swap with someone in Europe. Someone was supposed to come today between 12 and 2. I rushed from work to be there. No one came. I called at 2:30. They told me the person was in traffic and will arrive within 20 minutes. I call again at 3:30 pm. They put me on hold for 30 minutes and hang up on me. I call again and they tell me the person is at the hospital and no one will come. I have a plane early tomorrow morning and I have now been cleaning like crazy for hours and I have a few more hours to go.
