Hired them to clean after a main line sewer back up flooded out house. They missed piles of actual poop all over the floor, but refused to remove flooring because it wasn’t “wet” 3 days later. Absolutely asinine. They actually think that I’m going to live in sewage because they are too lazy or incompetent to do their jobs? Absurd. They actually said this house was clean. There is still poop coming out of the bathtub, behind the fridge, and on the walls.

Eco dry is by far the best carpet cleaning company I’ve ever crossed paths with!! My aunt is and olderly lady who in the past got screwed over by another cleaning company so she was very skeptical by having another carpet cleaning company come and clean them again.AUSTIN SHOWED UP HE WAS IN GOOD SPIRITS ; HAD A SMILE ON HIS FACE HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US STEP BY STEP SO WE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WAS GOING ON & WE KNEW EXACTLY WAHT HE WAS PUTTING ON THE CARPETS ; WE LOVED IT. HE JUST FINISHED THE LIVING ROOM CARPETS AND WE ARE SUPER EXITED WITH THE OUTCOME!! WE CANT WAIT TO SEE THE FINAL OUTLOOK !!!! THANK YOU AUSTIN !!!

I have owned many homes and have hired a handful of local and franchise carpet cleaners in the past decade. Rick at Ecodry delivered an amazing whole house service. Carpets and a few upholstery pieces came out great. But kitchen / dining area tile floor came out spectacular. Each grout line was cleaned thoroughly removing all previous stains. Very happy with the thorough service, Ecodry did a very good job.

I had called several different companies and found the information that Rick gave me and he went into such detail. I felt very comfortable getting a quote and I was very pleasantly happy with. Set up a appointment he was right on time (which is very important to me). After the work was complete I have to say I have never been so happy with the work done. Thank you Ecodry. I will be a returning customer.

Fit us in the day of. We are used to cleaners who are in and out in thirty minutes. These guys took two hours for less amount.

I needed to get my carpets and tile cleaned for my newborn’s arrival but, completely forgot it was the weekend before Thanksgiving. Everyone was booked. Luckily when I called Ecodry, Rick said he could fit me in and at an affordable price! Eric my technician was very friendly and did an amazing job! I will definitely be using Ecodry again and would highly recommend them!

Wonderful experience with this service i had the pleasure of having eric as my carpet technician and he was great. He was on time and very kind. My carpet came out amazing!!! I would definetly reccomend this company to others as their prices are good and they provide you with a great experience
