Awful experience! Booked a deep clean and they messed up the schedule so my cleaner showed up a different day and time than initially scheduled. My cleaner was here for 3 hours in my small 2 bedroom apartment and all she did was wipe down *most* surfaces, vacuum, and mop. Nothing “deep clean” about it. Very obvious areas were left untouched and dirty. I voiced my concern but was told that my cleaner could stay as long as I needed, which basically meant that if I wanted her to do a deep clean, I’d have to spend more money. The worst part of all? My cleaner broke my $350 microwave! I spoke to Samsung support via telephone and they confirmed it was broken. I asked Eco Green if they had insurance and was told that she didn’t want to use her insurance. Sounds like this business doesn’t have insurance. Beware!

I have used liz’s service for more than 10 years. I loved the two girls that she sent me. They were hard-working, completely trust worthy, and I loved my clean house after every visit. They helped prepared my house for its sale… the house looked fantastic! I highly recommend this company. Best phone call and decision I ever made. You deserve it!!

Dominica has come and cleaned out house every month for almost a year. She has been professional and done a great job. I would highly recommend EcoGreen as they have been easy to work with and provided an excellent service.

This company is the absolute best. I have been using them for 11 years now. I have had a few different cleaning people, and each one is trustworthy, and a fantastic cleaner! If there is a certain room or area you want focused on, you just tell them. Liz, the owner, is always responsive and accommodating. I love this company, love the way my house looks every week after my cleaner leaves! There is no awful chemical smell, either, and safe for my kids to be around. Recommend as highly as possible!
