I hired the team for move in deep cleaning After the cleaning when I came to check I did not feel it was deep cleaned , there were many areas where they haven’t even cleaned They broke the towel hanger in the bathroom I spoke to someone and asked me to send pics so that he will fix it later on but when I sent the photos showing what went wrong the response I got was it’s the debris from construction settling ( I had the house renovated almost 15 days prior to this not on the day ) But I was always in loop about cleaning , arrival etc so added an extra star for communication

Happy brooms has been doing an excellent job cleaning my house. They also make the process quick and easy and are always able to accommodate my needs. I will continue to use them as my cleaning service.

This is the only cleaning service I would ever even consider using. The staff are friendly and helpful. They make you feel like you’re dealing with family. My only complaint is they don’t do all of nj.

Unfortunately online reviews are no longer reliable. I contacted Happy Brooms based on their 4.6-star avg. star ratings. I scheduled a move-in cleaning at the end of August, they missed the first appointment on a Wednesday. Mark never communicated my appointment. Anna (sp?) accommodated me the following day, Thurs., bc they were short-staffed that day Wed. Because they missed the initial appointment I could not be there for the cleaning itself but stopped by half an hour they were supposed to be done. For context, we were moving into a house that was mostly recently rehabbed, i.e., nobody had lived there for, at least 7 months. Two floors, three bedrooms and two full baths. No furniture at all. Should be an easy cleaning job, right? I got to the house I did smell cleaning products and I took off my shoes and went around the house barefoot. The floors were clean. The bathrooms, I knew, they cleaned bc we had contractors used them and they were some soiling. I checked the kitchen and the counters and drawers looked clean (but then again they hadn’t been used). I was relieved. Then I went upstairs and the floors felt grimy and saw that the bottoms of my feet were becoming dirty. It was one big empty room so I was surprised that the second floor floors were not cleaned. I immediately called the office and talked to Mark. He said he would have a free follow-up cleaning done the following day, which was the same day we were moving in. They did the follow-up cleaning. But days later as I started to unpack the kitchenware and put them in the cabinets I noticed the shelves had, what I would guess, sauce stains. I thought okay they missed this one spot so I called Mark immediately and he offered a $40 discount. (The kitchen was not completely redone.) Ugh. Our total bill was $210 with the discount with, what Mark said, 3 cleaning staff working at a recently rehabbed empty house for 2 hours, or the equivalent of 6 hours of cleaning time. A week or so later I would discover more stains on almost all of the kitchen shelves. I have no idea what the crew of 3 did at our empty house for 2 hours other than mop the first fl floors and clean the bathrooms (which were mostly clean anyway). Mark said he would talk to his crew and would relay to me what they did but I never got a call back. Maybe they do a great job for their other cleaning but I know they did a horrible job at my house. If you decide to go with them make sure you’re present when they clean your house. Lesson learned for $210. Mark, if you read this review I am still curious to know what your cleaning crew did at my house.

Happy Brooms handles the cleaning services at my Jiu Jitsu school in South Plainfield. Scheduling was very easy and very flexible getting the services done well in advance of our first classes for the day. In a word- Thoroughness. They are extremely thorough in their service. I have kids of all ages, parents, and adult students at the gym, and sanitation and cleanliness speaks volumes in a pretty sweaty martial art. Everything is clean, dust free, and the bathroom is always spotless. The floors are always so clean, we could train on them 😉 Thanks to all the staff at Happy Brooms for the service. 10/10, Highly recommend.
