A very dear friend of mine purchased a Gift Card from them as one of several gifts that she Raffled off as a Celebration for her deceased Son’s Birthday! I won the $50 Gift Card to this establishment! I reached out to this company in June via their website and left a message requesting someone to contact me for a quote for service! I Received an automatic reply stating someone would be in contact with me the next day due to their office being closed! 30 days later, I actually forgot about this until I saw the text message still in my phone and thought I would message them back to see what happened! I told them I messaged them a month ago for service setup and never heard back and I questioned their Customer Service! I received a reply that they had been trying to contact me since the day after my request but I never answered my phone or emails and they gave up trying! Which I find very strange when I responded right back to the same phone number and they didn’t or couldn’t remember if they left any messages with the several phone calls! 🤔 We then set up a time for a in home estimate for 2 weeks later due to me going out of town! A week before my appointment, I get a call and I’m told that they can’t make the in person appointment but my estimate will now be done over the phone 🤔 which I found odd and asked them how could this be done and was told this could absolutely be done and they do this all the time and I would get a call the morning of my appointment at 10am! The morning of my appointment comes and no call, nothing!! Absolutely no call! And I still haven’t heard from anyone! I contact the friend that purchased the Gift Card and informed her of what has been going on and told her to get her money back because at this point I will absolutely NOT be using them because they are The absolute WORST! She contact them and they are REFUSING to give her, her money back, saying no refunds on Gift Cards!!!! But Yet you guys have failed to render the Service! And now your going to cheat this Wonderful Woman out of her money when she purchased this Gift Card to celebrate her deceased Son! Shame on You Absolutely Maid Clean! Shame on You and Your entire Business!!!! I ask that NO ONE supports this business until they fully refunds my Friend her Money!!!!

I have been with absolutley maid to clean for over 4 years for my personal home. Professionally run and I am never a concerned about the work they do. 6 stars if i could.

Maid to Clean describes exactly what they do! I would most definitely recommend them. We had a huge rental property/home that was left a complete mess. The before and after pictures are amazing, it didn’t look like the same property.

For $400 a month, i would expect the house to be at least surface spotless, but it is not even surface clean. I had to re-clean the kitchen floor after 3 people spent 2 hours in the house. The bathroom reeked of bleach but didn’t look like they had cleaned a single thing. At $33 an hour, I at least expect you to lift the toilet seats. I had to re-vacuum the rugs. I had to ask them to clean mold in the shower, even tho they had been coming to my mom’s house for months and originally charged $800 for a ‘deep cleaning’. ‘Deep cleaning’ in the EMPTY living room obviously didn’t include wiping down the top of the wall radiator or the window sills. I spent the next day re-cleaning. Very disappointing and no longer employed.

Hire this company to do deep clean once per month and she comes in only wanting to do light house clean like dusting and vacuuming yet charge me for deep clean. I always have to clean over my house until I got fed up and fire them. Worst cleaning company I have seen.

Perfect for getting a perfect sparkling home. So glad I picked this company over all the others, because I am so happy with the results and kindness of everyone involved! I did this as a present for my parents and they’re going to love it!!
