I used Jim to clean the carpets in the home I had just purchased. What a magician he is! There was a terrible traffic pattern stain in the living room and the basement needed some help as well. When Jim was done the place looked drastically different. We absolutely love the way the carpets look now. Jim was very reasonably priced and did a quality job. We were searching for a locally owned business to do a sectional cleaning for us (we always use local/family owned business if we can) I googled upholstery in Manchester and his business was the very first to pop up, all the reviews helped us decide that this is who we were going to go with. I messaged him (text) got a response right away, sent pictures of the couch and got a quote, date and time set up within minutes. He also sends a reminder text the day before which is super helpful. He did an amazing job, we are blown away at how amazing the sectional came out. Brand new, smells amazing and so clean.
