Horrible place to work. They’ll just talk about you behind your back, or fire you for “hearing that you’ve done something” when you won’t even around for said offense. They mess your pay up, and when they cut you a personal check they still don’t pay right (missing 30$, 40$), they overcompensate the female leadership with special privaleges and treat the male staff horribly. Lack of communication.

My experience with Pony Express has always been pleasant. The staff is wonderful, they work with you and they educate you on things that you learn to get a clear understanding of what you’re doing and why. I also like that you get to meet new people. You work in different types of environments and also with a diversity of people, you learn a lot from others and from the job. I have truly enjoyed learning and meeting new people . I also enjoy learning and growing through experience with this company.
