I reached out to On Target Carpet Cleaning and they were able to book me in for the following day in Kannapolis. The carpets, area rug and even the sofa all looked as good as new. I was quite satisfied. They even managed to eliminate some old pet stains that the previous cleaning service could never get rid of. I am advising everyone to use their services.

Would leave a zero but 1 star is the minimum! Called today to get pricing for carpet/upholstery the man who picked up the phone stated his name was Mark he was rude and dismissive. He informed me that they don’t work in my area which I found to be weird because I googled carpet cleaners near me so I thought maybe I called the wrong place so I checked the page again and sure enough the address is 1.8 miles away from me I called back and explained to Mark that the Web page says that they service this area the man then yelled look I told you We can’t help you. Horrible Customer Service
