We get regular cleaning of our home every other week. Juan and his folks are friendly, reliable, and do a great job. We get a text reminder the day before, and quick responses anytime we need a change etc. very pleased.

They did an amazing job helping us in a pinch, on busy Oktoberfest weekend, and on a Saturday… and it was one of the most professional jobs we’ve ever seen. We’ll definitely hire them any time we need another cleaner and we highly recommend using them! Very kind, thorough, and responsive. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I have struggled with leaving this review. Juan and his team cleaned for me well over 4 years. I have always been happy with their service. A few months ago we were going out of town for the week. Juan’s team cleaned for us while we were gone, as they have numerous times. We have an alarm system which shows the alarm was only turned off and on the morning they came to clean. When we returned home, our refrigerator looked like it was plugged in, but when they swept, they must have pulled on the cord by accident and it was not completely plugged into the wall. We lost of all our food. Our floor buckled from water damage. A few days later our refrigerator computer boards went out do to water damage from the ice maker leaking. I asked Juan to please file a claim with his insurance company to help us with the floors and refrigerator. He gave me his insurance company’s number. I called and explained. His company denied the claim because when they called Juan to confirm, he said he couldn’t be sure it was his team that accidentally unplugged the refrigerator. We went out of town on a Saturday, they cleaned on a Wednesday, we returned on a Saturday. Had we unplugged it before we left his team would have noticed the water damage on the floor. Luckily our homeowners covered the floor, but we had to purchase a new refrigerator and of course our homeowners went up. I just felt like I had to post this comment because while he and his team are thorough in their cleaning, he may not be honest with his insurance if something in your home is damaged.
