Matthew did my cleaning and did an absolutely phenomenal job. He was on time and put a curtain at the door to help with the heat and bugs. Under distress from another company never showing up, I quickly attempted to google carpet cleaning services… My family had taken off work, had all items on our beds, some moved out of rooms and needed to act fast. In two days new furniture was on its way. Well, I called a total of 4 companies, yet something as special concerning the reviews I read concerning Mr. Ken/Real Clean Carpet Care as well as his kindness via phone. He actually went from being available on Monday, to hearing out my Friday evening crisis and actually coming same day! He was so knowledgeable concerning my carpet, detailed, the carpets smelled soooo amazing, looked spectacular and he was timely. I saved his contact number so that he would be my 6 months to annual permanant carpet cleaning company! We thank you soooo much for saving the day! It’s beautiful.
