Grateful Homes deep cleaned our home yesterday. Kassidy, Kaylee and Sarah spent about 8 hours dusting, scrubbing, polishing, vacuuming…my house has never looked so good. Amazing attention to detail, and a professional and hardworking team. And, communication is stellar. I was interviewed before the appointment so they could assess what needed to be done. I appreciated the frequent text reminders and after appointment follow up. I have to admit to some sticker shock—this was expensive, but I think we received good value. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Amazing customer service and amazing job cleaning the home. I had requested them not to clean the drip trays for the oven. Although they partially did, they didn’t charge any extra for the service. The entire house was spotless in 1 day.

I couldn’t be more pleased! I have now been a repeat customer with Grateful Homes for several months. I especially appreciate that the same delightful person comes each time so that we can establish a trusting relationship and an efficient routine. This is an expensive professional service, but it is worth every penny. There is a lot of “elbow grease” and focused attention to detail with no distracting cellphone visits or smoking breaks. The kitchen cupboard doors, tile flooring, and granite countertops have never looked better. No kitchen remodel necessary!
