Call and made an appointment thru Carmen, which this is my second time using Heaven Sent and everyone is heaven sent. Both times my experience was awesome and my carpet is very clean. Carmen was very professional and was able to get in last min. Brandon was the tech that came to clean my carpet and did an amazing job, I am highly satisfied and the price was very affordable. BIG UPS to Brandon and Carmen.

Work was good but something came up missing out of my living room so i would ask that tech not to come back i have used the company before but Never experienced this and im going to use them in two weeks but requesting a different tech………….

I’m taking them to court I want my money back ..it smell so bad in here ..since they so called clean the carpet..and that machine he used needs to be thrown in the garage I’m so mad right now

I called in a order for new carpet and was told someone would be here the next day the . The next day someone arrives and said he was sent out to clean my carpet , I let him know I wanted it replaced not cleaned he said someone would be out the next day. Corey came out the next day to do measurements and told me he would have to come back the following day to replace the carpet ( let’s not forget the fact that I broke my bedroom furniture down and moved it out my room ) the next day I get a call saying they needed to reschedule for the following day . The following day has come no one comes and their not answering the phone . Heaven Sent use to be a good company to deal with I don’t know what’s going on now.
