Got my carpets cleaned today. What a pleasant experience. Great job, very efficient, very accommodating and very clean! This is my 2nd time with Little John’s and it won’t be the last. Highly recommend their services.

Worst service ever. After providing a quote of $200 for 1 room and 6 stairs, I declined service. Scott then offered a discount of $100. However, only after the service was completed and I stressed my concerns I told that the discount did not include everything from the initial quote such as spot treatment. My stairs looked as though they had never been touch. I stressed my concerns and Scott offered to re-clean them but for an additional price of $50. Scott took advantage of me. I would never recommend him.

We had water come in throufh our sump basket and flood the whole basement that is finished. Scott responded very quickly with his drying equipment to get the basement dried out before we would run into issues with mold. Thank you for saving us from having to replace everything in our basement.

I own the Anytime Fitness in Farmington and Little John’s Cleaning has been cleaning my carpets for years. I could not be happier! Their attention to detail and customer service stands above the rest. I give them 5 stars!
