Erica and Yadira (team 11) came over today for our first home cleaning. They did a fantastic job and I can’t wait for them to continue coming on a monthly basis. The dog and cat hair in our home accumulates very quickly and is certainly a pain to deal with, but this team got every bit of it great job!!

Team #4 Naydelin and Rosario were simply wonderful. We are selling our house so we needed a thorough cleaning throughout our 4 bed 3 bath home. They did an exceptional job, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for professional cleaning services. Thanks!

UPDATE: I had used these folks for about 6 months and I asked for an evaluation of the price I was paying. A team of two took less than an hour to clean my house and I felt I was paying too much for less than an hour of work. The office agreed and gave me a price reduction. The next time they were there I turned around (I work remotely from home) and there were two strange people in my house. They said they were from Molly Maid and that the cleaners let them in. What? Since when do cleaners have the authority to let strangers into my home without asking? Especially when I was sitting right there and they could have asked me. After the team left, I called the office to complain. The woman said that she was one of them in my house. Again, why wasn’t I asked to answer the door or approve them in my home? She said I was being unreasonable and that I was terminated. What? You come into my home unannounced and that’s unreasonable? Apparently they didn’t respect me or my home so bye bye. Just be careful if you use them to make sure that who you think is there is there and not a bunch of other people. Team 8. (Carmen, Lizbeth, and Erika) came and did a fabulous job. In addition, they were very nice and I felt completely comfortable with them in my home. I have asked for monthly service and look forward to continuing to work with them in the future. I’m very pleased with my decision to use this service. My only complaint is that I don’t know how to pay them. They were here for two hours and I want to make sure they get paid 🫤

Team 11 (Erica and Yadira) did an outstanding job! They arrived with everything needed, and even brought a stepladder to get hard to reach spots like the top of the ceiling fan. They were very thorough and took care to leave my home spotless. They even got the stubborn hard water spots off the shower doors, and the shower looks better than when I moved in!
