Tha Ladies of Clean Plus are unbelievable. I had a very sick friend who went to the hospital I had to go into his home to help and found it a total wreck. I wanted to get it all straighted out before he can home. I called Stacy and she came right out brought her team and got to work right away! They worked like crazy for 3 days. There was not an item in the home that was not moved ,cleaned, and cleaned under. They organized everything with caring and love in thier hearts. It was wonderful! Now they will come every week to make sure it stays that way. The Folks are HERO’S!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! They changed my friends life.

I called these ladies to clean 3 bathrooms.first mistake the women came in and was rushing.knocked my shelve off of wall busted all my pottery .them from the shelve falling in ruined and bent my heater vent on floor.then I looked up the shower curtain rod was out of wall.and there end was no where to be found.she said it was just hanging their not true.its been in this house for 5 yrs never had a problem.she was rushing.floors werent cleaned right used to much bleach on everything had their out house.no trash put in cans .0it nothing back.didnt dust at all just a swipe.here and hour for 3 bathrooms.beware never again going to file a report with the bbb called her about my shower curtain rod she said I’ll call you right back guess what no call.do not hire.

Stacey and Shira did a fantastic job .. I would recommend them to anyone.. they were on time and did what they said we’re gonna do plus !! Love the two of them gonna set them up for bi-weekly . You can’t go wrong with clean plus . I have used other cleaning services and did not like the job . These ladies were excellent, Great job ladies and thank you my house looks great and smells great .

Very Professional! They did a deep clean of my apartment after work was done in it and I wasnt living in it for about 3 weeks. They even came back a few days later to finish what they couldn’t complete the first day. I will definitely be using them again!

Hired them to do a move in clean. They showed up late without calling I had to call them to see if they were still coming. They showed up without a ladder. My baseboards were swept not cleaned. All closet floors on the main floor were left untouched and filthy as well as the pantry. My cabinets were left greasy. None of the restroom cabinets or drawers were cleaned. My basement restroom was not cleaned none of the fixtures in any of the restrooms were cleaned. Maybe the window seal in the kitchen were wiped but none of the others were. Not one door was wiped. The office door glass was not cleaned. Dirty mop water was spilled on my carpet that I had to clean myself. THEY scheduled to come back out bc THEY DIDN’T FINISH THE JOB THE FIRST TIME THEY CAME. My movers were there the next time they came so I had to ask for a reschedule. Then the owner came to dust the fans and light fixtures still without a ladder got dust all over the beds and floors didnt vaccum or clean it after. SHE SAW EVERYTHING THAT WAS IN HER WORDS “UNDONE” SHE SAID SHE WOULD COME BACK TO DO A MINI CLEAN OR OFFERED A PARTIAL REFUND. I scheduled her to come back out that following Monday no show no phone call nothing. I reached back out she said she would get back to me here we are a month later she calls and says they don’t feel a refund is in order bc she came out 3 times and once was sent away bc my movers were here. If it was done right when I scheduled the first time they wouldn’t have had to worry about my movers and despite their no shows or late show up times it’s on me bc I sent them away once. It was a total waste of 325 dollars. I would RUN. I will be posting this everywhere I can to warn others. Their ” guaranteed quality assurance policy” is a joke!

I was super upset with this unprofessional cleaning business. I first wrote a email asking about a price quote. They called me back quickly, I thought okay off to a good start. Then I set a time, and date for them to come take a look at my house. Someone was supposed to be at my house at 10am, they never showed. So I reached out to the lady that set my quote appointment up. I should’ve known then to just cancel. Then I received a phone call from the (different) lady that was supposed to come to my house. I explained to her what I wanted. I told her my house could use a deep clean, due to my husband, and I just being so busy at work. The lady explained that she would to a quote over the phone, if I could explain my house, and my wants. $275.00 was the quote I was given, and I feel like I was robbed. They used my cleaning products, my paper towels. All my mirrors have a cloudy film over them. My glass tables feel scummy. I feel liked they used one rag to clean everything. They move nothing they clean around things! My bathroom sink felt scummy as well. I still had cobwebs in my hallway, some tables were dusted some was not. One window cell was cleaned in the whole house. I have glass doors, they were never touched. I called right away, asked was their anything wrong with my house, and the lady said no why? I explained, you guys are the first ever cleaning service, I have ever used, and maybe I was expecting something else, but my kids would have done a better job. She said I’m sorry you feel that way, and we will be happy to come back out to make sure you feel satisfied. I said thank you, and we set something up for today at 1pm. Guess what know one called or showed up…. SHOCKER!! I don’t won’t to give them 1star. So run… don’t hire these unprofessional people ever!

So happy with my house. I had the ladies come in and clean for me because between trying to keep up with my kids work and school I fell behind and they did a beautiful job. The most thorough cleaning i have seen. WELL WORTH THE MONEY. If you need your house cleaned i would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! You will not be disappointed.

I hired Clean Plus as a Sub contractor to do a “resale clean” after a Hoarder Cleanup, my company – First and Last Commercial Services did In Joppa Maryland. I had a client that needed to get there clients property listed and on the market quickly. Once we removed the items from the house, got it empty and safe – Clean Plus came in and did there thing! I am fairly impressed with there level of service and look forward to hiring them again as a Sub contractor!
