I cannot say enough about Don and his work. I was worried my carpet was beyond help! It was so bad, covered in stains. When he left the carpet looked brand new!!!! I cannot recommend him enough! He did an amazing job! Thank you so very much!!!

Owner left VICIOUS message after I called his office to verify service. When he finally returned my call but I couldn’t answer fast enough, guy accused me of “blowing up his phone; he was only person; and super busy. He yelled at me for costing him money bc his calls r routed to answering service. When I called, receptionist said IT WAS HIS OFFICE but computer was down, no one could confirm appointment, and no record of my address or contact info. Finally he yelled at me for bothering him, was permanently WIPING ME OFF his schedule and NEVER call again. He deserves WORST RECOMMENDATION. I hope to as spread the news of DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE to other friends and family. Perhaps then, he can catch his breath and relax. Maybe get some anger management?? Comment below by owner is inaccurate as I was calling for services for another person. It WAS his service and he KNOWS EXACTLY the message he left on her phone!!! Nice try buddy! Worst, he ACTUALLY did my carpet in my home in past (2013 to be exact). He also did my friend’s carpet before. Please don’t LIE about this!!!! Soooo disappointing. You were a TOTAL jerk leaving such a message. I can post the audio if you continue to pretend you didn’t say this stuff. voicemail-2795.m4a “See you been blowing up my phone today trying to get someone to call you back and I called you back and you’re not answering Karen this is Don from _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ carpet cleaning I’m calling back returning your call and I’m calling to tell you call someone else don’t ever call me again I can’t deal with people bit blowing up our phones like that I pay for a service every time you call and it cost me money you know most small service companies like me have an answering machine and you call when you might wait days to get a return phone call so you know I I do the best I can I’m a one-man band at this point after all this pandemic so I’m doing the best I can so…”

My living room furniture is 18 years old and I’ve been shopping for new, it’s Lazy Boy and held up very well, thought I would try having it cleaned, so glad I did. Advanced Carpet Cleaning did such a wonderful job on making it look new again, I’ve stopped shopping for new furniture. I will definitely use this service again, good work, good pricing, worked with me on a convenient appt time, and very friendly.

Don showed up to the appointment early and we had just lost power. He was very understanding and flexible. We promptly rescheduled our appointment and he did an excellent job. We have off white carpet with a toddler and a dog. It was in desperate need of cleaning and my DIY efforts were not cutting it. After Don cleaned the carpet it looked brand new! I didnt even think it was possible. There is no question to who we will call to clean our other carpets. We enjoy helping out a family owned company (especially during COVID). Thanks Don!

Great experience with Advanced Carpet Cleaning. Don was very friendly and professional. When he arrived my carpets were looked old and dirty. When he left, they looked new and clean!
