Texted her after I saw her ad of Craigslist and was interested In her cleaning my house once a month. Apparently as a housekeeper cleaning my oven and refrigerator once a month was too much for her lol

I called to inquire about cleaning a bathroom and oven/stove. She didn’t like the job and immedietly hung up. Not very professional.

2/20/19. I am truly taken aback. I’ve never had someone I’m calling for service basically hang up on me for inquiring about service. I found Cheryl’s ad on Craigslist. After finally explaining to her my location, she proceeds to tell me how she wouldn’t be able to clean my house I’m moving into because of boxes on the floor. I’m trying to work with her and I tell her that’s not a problem I wasn’t bringing anything to hinder getting a kitchen and bathroom cleaned. She just says “I think you should just call someone else.” Click. There’s the phone. I called and got the answering machine and left a message then it occured she really is rude. If she didn’t want the business or wanted to travel to my area she should change her demographics. February 21 UPDATE/RESPONSE: 1. If you advertise $60 cleanings in your title, I as a potential customer have a right to ask. You explained it was a recurring cleaning fee and I said awe ok and we moved on. I never challenged you on that. You stated the prices for what I wss asking began at $125. So now you’re acting like I can’t ask questions about ads you post??? 2. As far as moving…I told you I was moving in SATURDAY, between Friday and Saturday. My moving in had nothing to do with you. I even told you we would avoid the kitchen and bathroom and to not worry about the carpet. 3. It’s not your concern about moving around dishes or pots and pans. I told you I was going to work with you. Moving in on a Saturday do you really think we would be unloading boxes the same day????? You’re so busy trying to find excuses. 4. I’m glad YOU MENTIONED YOU WERE FRUSTRATED. That only confirms your character. Hanging up on me when I asked you about next week schedule should have never happened. You were simply unprofessional and rude. So you now you and your swiffer can kick rocks lady. You’re a horrible person.
