My fiancé dropped off a dress to get altered and paid the day she dropped it off. When she returned today to pickup the dress there were multiple stains on the dress. She asked to have this cleaned the lady said that will be $40. She told her it was a brand new dress with tags when she brought it in and it didn’t have any stains. Her only response was that will be $40 to clean. Then she said she could speak to the owner on Wednesday. This is very upsetting for someone who has a busy schedule and can’t just come in on a whim. The staff needs to learn to solve the problems on their own and understand the customer is not trying to bargain and get what they paid for. She came into the store upon a recommendation. She will be back and hope to get this resolved. Our friend has the same issue on same day but she didn’t want to say anything.

I cannot recommend the shoe repair service whatsoever. I normally do not complain, and have never written a bad review on Google, but I was just charged $47 to clean two pairs of shoes and add one buckle loop. I was really surprised to find the shoes appearing nearly as marred as when I dropped them off and spent more than the cost of the shoes for that service.

Had to get a suit cleaned before I traveled for a wedding, they charged me but never cleaned the suit! Suit was there for 4 days and came back dusty. Absolute waste of money.

We’ve been taking our clothes here for about 6 years now. Dress shirts, blouses, pants, dresses….if they don’t do something right, you just need to ask and they will fix it. However, nobody speaks anything close the English, so its extremely difficult to explain any situation. They are pricey but worth it. And the shoe repair next door is amazing also!!

Terrible.. one of the ladies there was just constantly complaining , Sighing and huffing and puffing like it was our fault and it wasn’t😂 i don’t know if she was having a bad day or something but she doesn’t have to take it out on the customers. That’s how you lose business.. I won’t be going back. …

Fast and friendly–does more than you expect. Excellent sewing. Towson’s best shoe repair on the premises for one-stop shopping. Use address–my Google map shows different location.
