We had a large number of old pet stains in our basement carpet, and three good rugs with water damage and old dirt stains. Nabil was great – he got the stains out of the basement carpet and the rugs, and was able to get the mold odor out of the good rugs. He was extremely helpful, friendly and professional and we would not hesitate to have him come out again (but we won’t wait so long next time)!
