Happy with the results of our house cleaning! The team that came out were so kind and very thorough. Items on counters that needed to be moved for cleaning were carefully placed back in their rightful spot. It was such a relief to come home to a spotless house. A lady and a gentleman came and cleaned the house. It was empty but had some bugs, dust, etc. They worked very hard and left the house smelling great! We were able to point out things that they went back and took care of cleaning. They were flexible and had good, pleasant, professional attitudes.

To me, customer service is everything these days and Sonal did not disappoint. From our initial contact email to the last to make sure I was satisfied with the service, Sonal’s response time was outstanding and he never hesitated to answer all my questions with clear and precise answers, no beating around the bush! I had a rather crazy schedule my last week of moving and he worked around me and my schedule which I greatly appreciated. The staff that came to my home were on time, friendly and with a good disposition to tackle the job. They got the work done quickly and efficiently. After I am settled in my new home, I will be calling Axis for regularly scheduled service. Thank you Sonal!
