Don’t go here. They will not explain what they did to your carpet properly and just tell you “it only looks dirty because it’s wet” even after i told them that the carpet isn’t clean. I take their word for it since they had great reviews on here but it seems that those reviews were also lies. I called the cleaning guy and the company itself to tell them im dissatisfied with their work and they falsely claimed they would call me back to redo the service. Its been 3 weeks and no call back. I wasted $137 dollars on these liars. Do not repeat my mistake.

Austin and his partner Cesar arrived ahead of schedule and put in a lot of effort. They were polite and took the time to explain the carpet cleaning process. These carpets hadn’t been cleaned in about three years, mainly due to the pandemic. I’m extremely pleased with the results achieved by Best Lynn Carpet Care and plan on using their services more frequently now. Don’t forget to tip these hardworking folks!

Cesar was extremely professional, he went over the carpet cleaning project in advance and informed me about some of the stains that might pose a challenge. I appreciated his honesty and upfront communication. The carpets turned out to be remarkably clean. I fully support and will reach out to Cesar again for future carpet cleaning services in Lynn.
