This is Nicole Crystal is my best friend she is a victim of identity theft and everything has been reported to the Federal Bureau of investigation someone is impersonating her and trying to take over this business do not book with this business phone number you will be putting you and your family in danger she has turned off three phones and they’ve all been turned back on this phone number is under investigation with Verizon and the Federal Trade Commission the business license has been revoked so it’s not even valid at this point google is leaving it open for the time being to investigate as well she has relocated to another state and refuses to open up a Google account due to hacking and identity theft do not I repeat do not book with this business phone number As soon as the investigation is over his business will be removed from Google She also wants to thank all of her clients that helped her to create this business and wants to let you all know that she is doing better than she has in her life thanks for your support and dedication

My review has nothing to do with the business just the owner herself. I simply wanted to gather information for my grad project . She answered the phone saying im watching hoarders hold on. Then proceeded to be rude about simple information. I don’t understand when I was just asking a price yet being rude is never the solution.

Well… my experience was negative from the start. Didn’t seem like she wanted my business and ultimately my time was wasted. When I called to try and get service I was told to call back in 5 minutes while she ordered from Walmart ugh. I called back an hour later and she texted saying she was still busy ordering from Walmart. Then when she finally called back another full hour later… we decided on Wednesday at 11 and I offered to pay more than the price quoted. This was on Monday and I informed them I was moving on Friday. Tuesday she called to push my cleaning back to Thursday at 11…. Thursday arrived and I got ghosted. They didn’t show up and all calls went straight to voice-mail the whole day. I texted and left a voice message but no response. She knew I was moving Friday and I even volunteered to pay more than what she was charging but I got ghosted. Like damn at least tell me you weren’t interested in my business I could’ve went elsewhere but very unprofessional wasting my time… would not recommend.

Just call Crystal. Don’t even bother looking at anyone else. I called Crystal for services a few months ago when I was put on bedrest at the end of my pregnancy. My home had been neglected for a while due to a rough pregnancy and I was stressed coming up on my induction wanting my home to be clean. And she made it happen! I had an entire team in my home in TWO days for the most impressive deep clean I’ve ever seen in my life. I was so impressed I hired started services for every other week and she assigned Christy to my home. A mother herself, Christy is very detail oriented and goes above and beyond. She has been taking really great care of my home in a way that makes me feel cared for myself. My home doesn’t just look clean, it is clean and it FEELS clean. My son gets excited every cleaning day to see what Mrs. Christy does to his bed. Something extra special that I want to share: My baby ended up having some serious medical issues and was flighted to BR after birth and we spent nearly a month there. I had a cleaning right before I came home and they worked extra hard to not only clean everything perfectly but to sanitize my home and make sure it was safe as possible for me and baby. This level of service is NOT something you get when you contact a corporation or larger cleaning service. If you’re looking for a company with a very special and personal touch, call Crystal!

I’m conflicted about my experience. Crystal was very nice—we arranged a day/time for deep clean. She said it would take 4-6 hours and that she had a crew that usually does deep cleans, but she oversees them. Close to our appointment time, she said she was waiting on a package and pushed the time back a little bit—no big deal. The new time came and went and still hadn’t heard from her. I was close to canceling. She ended up coming about an hour to hour and a half late; it was just her and her husband. She was really apologetic about being late. We showed her things we wanted extra focus on. We left and came back close to 6, when she said she expected to be done, but it ended up taking 3 more hours. Overall, the house was cleaned well. There were several areas that were missed & things we thought would be cleaned but weren’t. I think that not being on time initially led to things being rushed, as it was after 9pm when she was finished. Maybe I caught her on an off-day. Maybe I misunderstood the service. $350 is a lot of money to us, and I was looking to schedule a monthly clean based on how the deep clean went. But I don’t think at this point I can justify the expense.

We are a household of busy adults in our 20s working full time and going to college and as such we often fall behind on chores. Ms. Crystal came in and conquered! She made our home feel like a wonderful place to be again. After they were finished cleaning, we could all breathe a sigh of relief and enjoy being at home again. We’ve since booked her services again and we’re excited to have her back! You just can’t put a price on comfort in your space. But even so, the services are very reasonably priced. You can book with confidence that no matter your situation, you won’t be judged. 100% recommend!
