Just thrilled with the customer service, professionalism, and end results. Pelican did a top notch job on a large project – walls and metal roof. We could not be more pleased. Looks brand new. We have used him for house and work. Do not hesitate to use Randy!

Randy and I walked out the job. He listened attentively when I expressed my concerns. The price was actually less than I had expected. The time on-site was much less than expected. Randy called, stated when he would arrive, and was ready for work. His equipment was professional and in good condition and functional. Got some major help with our Spring cleaning from Pelican Exteriors! They did a WONDERFUL job and are very reliable and reasonable. They even got the rust stains off the front of our house that no one else could. We thought we were going to have to re-stucco!

I called Pelican Exteriors needing a quick turn around and the same day Randy came and gave me a fair quote. His price was better than a competitors. He accommodated me by coming even after he had been on the job all day. He got me a quote late that night when I am sure he was tired. He came the next day with a partner and knocked the work out quickly. I wish I had before and after photos to share of the whole job. He made our old grey cedar fence look like a brand new fence. He made our painted brick fence look freshly painted and it had mildew all over it from being in a shaded area. He was extremely pleasant to speak with and helpful. I will use Pelican Exteriors again in the future and certainly would recommended them readily!

This company should be the top search result!!! They power washed my grandparents house, sidewalk, driveway, and the entire back yard which is all concrete. They even got on the roof to remove some pine straw. They made sure everything was to my satisfaction. They did a wonderful job and even listened to my grandfather tell a few stories which they didn’t have to do. The place looks brand new!! These are kind, hardworking guys and I will absolutely recommend to anyone that ever mentions needing power washing. Randy is a Legend

We just bought our first home and it needed a little tlc..so we hired Pelican-Exteriors to come out and pressure wash the house. My goodness what a difference it made. Randy Byington owner of the company came out himself. I am very pleased with the outcome I’ll recommend this company to everyone.
